Our Fully Ruggedized Toughbooks are ideal partners for Outdoor Mobile Computing. A magnesium thickened casing offers maximum protection for the most sensitive components such as the display. Hard drives are secured against impact and shock. A fall from a height of 90cm does not affect functionality in anyway and a special protective coating provides dust and water resistance.
Temperature extremes, dust or water spills: they're kept out.
Fully Ruggedized Toughbooks are further characterized by their reliability and consistency in functioning under extreme temperature conditions – they work at -20°C and at +60 °C too. In addition they are ideally suited for wet or dusty field work so you can rely on your Fully Ruggedized Toughbook*.
*All Fully Ruggedized Toughbooks are in compliance with the MIL Standard MIL-STD 810F for Impact Resistance and meet the IP54 Norm on water and dust resistance.
